You just can't find the word for it yet.
Maybe you've built a career, a business, a reputation. Maybe you've written half a book, started a podcast that stalled out, or turned down three speaking invitations because you couldn't figure out what you'd actually say.
You're not lacking talent. You're not lacking drive. You're lacking clarity.
You know you have something to say.
You've probably done therapy, coaching, or other personal development work before.
You're not looking for another framework to bolt on top of it. You're looking for the thing underneath all of it, the actual truth your whole life has been quietly organizing around.
Most people who come to The Dig aren't in crisis. They're tired. Tired of feeling unclear about what they actually want. Tired of explaining themselves in different words every time someone asks what they do or why they do it. Tired of circling the same question in every personality test and coaching session without ever landing on an answer that feels true in their body.
I've been where you are.
I've beeI built The Dig after selling my first company, Girls Fight Back, and sitting with a harder question than I expected: why had I actually built it? What was driving me the whole time? Once I found my own word, everything got clearer, my decisions, my leadership, my sense of what I was actually here to do.
I've since facilitated over a thousand Digs. I still get chills on every single one. It's not a service I offer, it's the work I was put here to do, and I'd be honored to do it with you.
The Dig Intensive
$2,500. Two live 2-hour sessions, about a week apart.
Session One: Your Life Story and Your Operating System (2 hours)
We start at the beginning, and mine your life for the patterns that keep showing up. By the end, you'll see your own operating system, the small set of words that explain how you move through the world, laid out in front of you for the first time.
Session Two: Your Dig Word, Grounding Question, and Dig Statement (2 hours)
We find the one word that outranks all the others in your operating system, then build your grounding question, a short question that pulls you back into alignment, and your Dig statement, a clear explanation of who you are that you can say out loud without a slide deck to back it up.
One short writing exercise. Not a module, not homework you can fall behind on, just enough to keep your story fresh for session two.
Between sessions:
What The Dig isn't:
It won't write your talk, your book, or your marketing message for you. That's a different kind of work, for a different day, available afterward as a $500 coaching add-on if you want it.
Your Dig word, your grounding question, your Dig statement, and a permanent, working language for who you are.
What you'll walk away with:
hear it from our people
"The Dig helped me leave an old identity behind and uncover a deeper motivation for the work I do."
— Michael Bungay Stanier, author, speaker & leadership expert
"The Dig gave me clarity and focus, having my life listened to and summarized into a lens of meaning."
— Amelia Franck Meyer, social entrepreneur & child welfare system innovator
"The Dig helped me codify what I love most about my personal and professional interactions into one word. The elegance of a single word cannot be overestimated for its effectiveness and efficiency."
— Eduardo Braniff, creative executive & brand strategist
The Dig doesn't ask you
to become someone new.
It asks you to finally meet who you've been the whole time.
Without this, you keep borrowing other people's words for your work, your leadership, your relationships. You keep explaining yourself differently every time someone asks what you're about, because you don't actually know. The pull you feel toward something more stays a feeling instead of a direction.
Common questions before you book
-
The Dig isn't a worksheet you fill out once and forget. It gives you two permanent tools, your grounding question and your Dig statement, built specifically from your own story. People use them for years.
-
Two live sessions, two hours each, plus one short writing exercise between them. One of the lowest time investments you'll make for something this foundational.
-
It's not simple, it's distilled. We don't skip your complexity to get there, we go through all of it. The word is just the last thing standing after everything else has been sorted.
