You've probably had the experience of sitting across from someone, really listening, and watching something shift in them mid-sentence. A truth surfacing they didn't know they were about to say. Maybe it happens with your clients. Your team. The people in your life who always seem to end up telling you things.

Learn to hold this work for other people.

That's not an accident. That's a skill, and it can be trained.

You have real intuition about people…

But right now it's untrained, inconsistent, and hard to explain to anyone else, let alone charge for. You've probably looked at coaching certifications before and felt the same hesitation: another framework to apply, another script to memorize, nothing that actually matches how you naturally work with people.

How this is different

This isn't a certification that hands you a script to run on autopilot. You're not learning to apply a framework, you're learning to facilitate an excavation, which means no two Digs you run will ever look the same, even with the same process underneath. You need to be a genuinely good listener willing to go deep. We teach you the rest.

meet Your guide

I've facilitated over a thousand Digs myself, and I still get chills on every single one. I didn't build this certification to teach a technique I'd only read about, I built it to pass on the exact process I use, the one I built after selling my first company and finally naming what had been driving me the whole time.

There are currently 13 certified Dig Facilitators, including senior facilitators Ash Beckham, Sallie Greenberg and Hetal Gordon, who help train and mentor new facilitators alongside me.

You'd be joining a small, real community, not a certificate mill.

As seen on Good Life Project with Jonathan Fields, where Erin dug host Jonathan live on the show.

How it works

You can't guide someone else through their excavation before you've done your own. If you haven't done yours yet, it's included in your certification investment.

Step one:
Your Dig Intensive.

You can't guide someone else through their excavation before you've done your own. If you haven't done yours yet, it's included in your certification investment.

Step two:
Three days, live and virtual.

Step three:
Three weeks of immersive coaching.

You'll practice on real Digs, get direct
feedback from me and the certified
facilitator team, and build the
confidence to hold this work on your own.

What you'll walk away with: the ability to guide anyone, colleagues, clients, friends, family, through the full Dig process. Certification as a Dig Facilitator. Ongoing community with the current facilitator team.

"I signed up for Dig Certification because it's a unique opportunity to work with people beyond just coaching."

— Michelle Vendelin, Certified Dig Facilitator

"Something unexpected from Dig Certification was the connections. It's a supportive community of people who want to see each other succeed, all so different, yet coming together with a common desire to authentically show up as our true selves."

— Jenn Doe, Certified Dig Facilitator

"Erin has shared her entire process with us. She's a wealth of information, and it's been an amazing experience."

— Ginna Larson, Certified Dig Facilitator

"If you're a great listener, if you have intuitive abilities, if you care deeply about helping people find their path, the Dig is a phenomenal way to do it. When you're certified and empowered to help someone else gain that clarity, you're changing somebody's life."

— Rachel Gogos, Certified Dig Facilitator

"The process of identifying your operating system, and having your purpose reflected back to you through another person, can be life-changing. It's revealing how much it plays into everything you do, even how you want to work with people, how you show up in relationships, how you want to be in the world."

— Adrienne Amato, Certified Dig Facilitator

Whatever pulled you to read this far, a client relationship, a leadership role, a coaching practice, a simple desire to understand people better, stays exactly where it is. Untrained. Unused. Yours alone.

Without this, your intuition about people stays a private gift instead of a usable skill. You keep watching moments of clarity happen for the people around you without a repeatable way to create them on purpose, or a way to build something, a practice, a deeper part of your existing work, around it.
