WHO SHOULD ATTEND: 

The inaugural Thought Leadership Retreat is for people who are successful, purpose-driven leaders who have completed The Dig® and are growing a thought leadership business. They have a big message to share and are driven to educate via: public speaking, media interviews, books, podcasts, social media, courses, events, etc.

GROUP SIZE AND VIBE: 

This event will be capped at 20 people. Erin is inviting a very select group of her most impactful clients for this first-ever gathering of authentic leaders. The spirit of this meeting is highly collaborative and transparent, so only attend if you are willing to share and also ask for help. Due to the high profiles of some of our attendees, this retreat is secret and no social media posting will be allowed during the event.

WHY IT'S HAPPENING NOW: 

Erin Weed has been an award-winning speaker and thought leadership entrepreneur since 2001. Over the past two decades she's learned the most important are the people you are associated with. Old ways are dying and new business practices are emerging. The industry is changing, and we need to come together to evolve.

HOW IT WORKS: 

Our time together will be highly interactive, and everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to present your message and ask for help/advice. There will also be guest presenters and business strategy geared towards the unique challenges of thought leadership businesses. 

 

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION: ​​

• strategic cross-pollination of audience ecosystems among high-integrity thought leaders

• writing, publishing and promoting books in 2023 and beyond

• the politics of getting booked on big stages like TED, Aspen Ideas and SxSW

• the future of AI and its impact on thought leadership 

• delivering keynotes that warrant high fees and make massive impact (in-person and virtual) 

• giving exceptional media interviews and leveraging media exposure

• launching, hosting and scaling podcasts and other online media

WHEN AND WHERE: 

This retreat will happen May 22-23, 2023 at our brand new studio, located at 3121 Longhorn Dr. Boulder, CO.

• Mon. May 22, 9am-5pm: All day meeting

• Tues. May 23, 9am-5pm: All day meeting followed by happy hour

YOUR INVESTMENT: 

A $3,000 meeting fee will cover all meals, training and activities. Airfare and lodging is covered by you.
